We will now look for you at the HOCHTIEF Group headquarters in Essen as Praktikant (m/w/d) or Werkstudent (m/w/d) in the area of sustainability and the environment Your duties Together with the motivated international team of the Sustainability Division, you are working on the implementation of the sustainability plan and further sustainability initiatives. Through the central position of the department, you can expect a variety of tasks and insights into almost all parts of the company. You perform tasks such as research activities on international standards (CSRD, GHG Protocol, etc.) as well as the development and preparation of evaluations, reports and lectures. Together with the team, you will develop international and group-wide measures and action plans in the field of sustainability and the environment, such as Climate Action Transition Plans or Carbon Pricing. In addition, the team will support you with the requirements of ratings, audits and annual plans. Your profile You are a student (m/w/d) in the advanced study of environmental sciences, sustainability management or comparable technical studies. First experience in the construction industry is desirable. You are also interested in topics of sustainability and construction. You have very good MS Office skills. Own-sponsored and independent work will make you fun and you are a communicative team player. You adapt to new and changing challenges flexibly and have an organised way of working. You bring a good understanding and keep a cool head even in stressful situations. You also have very good German and English knowledge in word and writing.
