Head of IT Infrastructure and Security (m/f/d)

Heading and further development of IT infrastructure and IT security – in cooperation with our internal developer team and in exchange with the parent company HOHR. Leadership of infrastructure & IT security teams and helpdesk. Transformation from an on-prem to a cloud native environment to support future big data solutions. Responsibility for the smooth operation of internal network and IT telecommunications systems, in particular MS team telephony. Planning and commissioning of the IT infrastructure of new SOLCOM branches and support of the specialist department in questions about the IT infrastructure. Responsibility for the installation, configuration and administration of our cloud environment (Microsoft Azure-based) as well as server and client systems. Continuous development of the environment as part of internal IT projects, such as SharePoint and ServiceNow. Development and implementation of IT policies (ISO 27001) and common security standards.

At least five years of experience in IT infrastructure as well as a well-founded experience in cloud environments. You are happy to bring leadership experience in a digitally oriented IT department, preferably in the service sector. Experience gained with digital processes such as cloud, mobile and agile development processes. You understand business requirements and can turn them into innovative solutions. Finding knowledge as well as practical experience in implementing security standards and processes (e.g. RISE) will help you with well-founded experience with infrastructure deployment and automation. Your strong communication skills and service orientation, both to contact persons:inside and to our internal IT team, are your distinguishing features.
