Tasks

• Planning and coordination of the introduction and further development of IT products
• Create, prioritize and implement Product Roadmap in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders
• Transfer the roadmap to a prioritized backlog (Epics, User Stories, Specifications)
• Ensure user centering and fulfilling professional requirements
• Close cooperation with the development team in lateral leadership, as well as with IT architects in an agile SAFe environment
• Taxes and coordination of external service providers within the framework of the development process
• Priority of requirements taking into account Business Value, Technical Quality and Wartability
• Promoting technical excellence through active support of refactoring, automation and stable architectures
• Ensuring a clear definition of Done including quality, security and operational requirements

Activity range

The "DRV Bund IT" is the service provider for the German Pension Insurance Federation and develops and operates a complex IT system landscape in close customer agreement. We secure the system of pension provision through our testing service software. With our work, we contribute significantly to the fairness of contributions. We cover workers' maladministrations in remuneration and thus also provide justice at the personal level of citizens. Profile

• Successfully completed higher education (Bachelor, Diplom FH) in the IT sector or equivalent qualification (for example IT-specific qualification) or completed vocational training in the IT sector or comparable multiannual practical experience in the IT sector
• Long-term experience in software development
• Found experience in quality assurance, in particular end-to-end tests, as well as in structured analysis, documentation and tracking of errors
• Funded current knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and an understanding of how to effectively use them as a Product Owner
• Deep up-to-date knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Conceptboarding
• Good understanding of modern software development and delivery processes (CI/CD, DevOps, Test Automation)
• Understanding technical architectures and quality, security and operational requirements
• First experience in the creation, maintenance and maintenance of complex specialist architectures, in particular the test services of the DRV-Bund
• Ability to make and moderate target conflicts between scope, resources and product value -Expressed analytical skills, and the ability to structure, evaluate and translate complex technical and technical relationships into clear priorities
• Technical understanding to work with the development team at eye level (methods, algorithms and data structures, databases, modeling)
