Purchasing: identification and selection of suitable suppliers as well as purchasing materials and services as well as commissioning of subcontractors Control: Guide price and contract negotiations to ensure optimal conditions and long-term supplier relations Procurement management: control of the entire procurement process – from the selection of suppliers to the request to the order and time monitoring Quality assurance: verification and compliance with technical specifications and standards Market and demand analyses: observing market trends and deriving strategic purchasing decisions Support: takeover of operational activities in the case of representation, for example when unloading trucks by means of portal cranes
