As a national and international competence centre with more than 850 employees, we are actively working on vocational education in dialogue with science, politics and practice, thereby making a significant social contribution. On behalf of the Federal Ministry of Education, Family, Seniors, Women and Youth (BMBFSFJ), NA at BIBB is planning the implementation of the EU education programme Erasmus+. Erasmus+ is the EU funding programme for education and training, youth and sport. In addition to the mobility projects, the programme also promotes strategic partnerships. In the field of adult education, the Erasmus+ programme accompanies the main actions 1 (learning mobility) and 2 (partnerships for cooperation). The main focus of the programme (2021 – 2027) is digitization, inclusion, sustainability and participation in all areas of education.

Design, planning and implementation of project and system audits under the Erasmus+ programme, including on-the-spot checks Implementation of document checks for different funding measures and assessment of compliance with legal and financial requirements Processing of irregularities and fraud cases, including expert monitoring of dunning procedures and follow-up of test results Preparation of audit and audit reports for NA management and the European Commission Cooperation and professional exchange with external auditors, the European Commission and other internal and external stakeholders

Vocational experience in the field of auditing, auditing, controlling or funding management is required, ideally in the public or European context very good knowledge of legal and financial frameworks of funding programmes and experience in the processing of legal and administrative issues; Knowledge of the right to administration or grant is advantageous analytical understanding of rules, guidelines and their safe application in practice very good communication skills and the ability to prepare and communicate complex content in a targeted manner Knowledge of European funding programmes (ideally Erasmus+) and an understanding of testing and control processes English knowledge at least equivalent to level B1 of the European reference framework for languages Secure IT application knowledge (Microsoft Office) diverse personal skills, e.g. structured working methods, team and service orientation, intercultural competence and the willingness to travel within Germany
