ZEISS Microoptics is a unit of the Photonics & Optics strategic business unit specializing in the development, optimization, mastering, replication and integration of optical applications based on micro-optical and holographic optical elements. Your duties Conception and design of constructions in the field of optical development / series production of mechanical and opto-mechanical systems

Cooperation in an interdisciplinary team to interpret and implement customer requirements

Creation of constructions for special and development structures

Conception, creation and construction of optomechanical laboratory structures

Regular exchange with the customer and other design partners

Successfully completed studies in an engineering course, preferably in precision engineering, mechatronics or mechanical engineering

Including experience in the field of opto-mechanical constructions and drawing creation (including according to ISO GPS)

Safe handling of a parametric 3D CAD system, preferably CREO and experience in handling ERP systems (SAP)

Good knowledge of mechanical and optical manufacturing technologies

Experience in handling free-form surfaces desirable

Impressed team skills and enthusiasm and joy at work in the interdisciplinary team

independent and self-organized work within an agile working environment

Strong communication skills in German and English (word and writing)
