In the Project Management Processes and Methods team, we are responsible for the continuous and cross-functional development of the product development process and related methods. We are a great team of two colleagues who like to master the daily challenges together. Currently our focus is on the cross-brand coordination of a new product development process for TRATON.

You work in the field of project management and are responsible for the optimization and digitization of the project management processes and methods in product development projects

You consolidate and analyze requirements and requests for change from the specialist areas in terms of the product development process

You identify opportunities for improvement and develop pragmatic solutions. You will present the results in relevant bodies, plan their implementation and accompany them across areas and locations

Your work includes, in addition to communication of changes, the transfer of the same to the IT tools used

In addition, you are responsible for the topic-specific updating of the product development process - portal and are in the technical responsibility for product development process training. You support your ''Process Team'' colleagues by working independently in cooperation with other brands to further develop a uniform product development process in the TRATON Group

You take the content and organizational preparation and implementation of workshops on your own and prepare for management

You have a completed economic or technical degree or a comparable qualification

You ideally have several years of professional experience in process / project management

You control the MS Office tools and do not have any fear of touch before learning new tools

You are interested in technical relationships in our vehicles, have fun learning more about it and using your knowledge daily

You know how to build a network, communicate in it and conduct it independently professionally

You have the ability to achieve sustainable solutions based on similarities even in difficult situations

You like understanding, simplifying and visually appealing to complex processes

You speak fluent English
