No day like the other: The focus of your work is on the planning and control of construction, remodeling and moving activities at our office site in Kiel with more than 1,000 jobs - here you are our professional on site and in the team as “face of the property” for a smooth process. You are in direct contact with all stakeholders, keeps costs, dates and qualities in mind and actively shape our working environment.

You are the central contact person: for all construction, area, remodeling and moving activities at our office locations and bundles communication between user areas, project management, planners, service providers and internal bodies - from the first idea to the successful commissioning. You organize and tax the construction projects within the meaning of the contractor representation: You integrate the users into the project organization, introduce external project taxers and consultants, provide the basis for decision-making for program, project management and steering committees and ensure transparent project communication. You are responsible for the project's objectives in terms of quality and approval: from ensuring land provision and the necessary regulatory approvals, to defining quality, design and equipment standards, to selecting colour and material concepts including patterns. You tax the project costs and dates: When you decide on total and partial budgets, you can monitor cost and time developments, manage additional payments, secure the timely payment and determine the requirements for acceptance, sampling and commissioning. In addition, you can participate in budget planning and cost controlling - always with a view to cost-effectiveness and sustainability. You design and accompany procurement and contract processes: Together with purchasing, law and internal interfaces, you support procurement procedures and negotiations, implement contracts and ensure that approvals, acceptances and other legal transactions take place in a project-oriented manner. In addition, you actively contribute to process optimization and the introduction and use of modern IT tools. You provide sustainable solutions for building site security, traffic protection and project-specific insurance concepts, moderate conflicts between the project participants and lead them to practical and economic results. Also in work-intensive phases, you keep an overview, work self-organized and bring the willingness to regularly visit our corporate sites or supervised objects at certain stages.

That's what you bring

A completed study in the field of civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering construction or a comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience in the construction project management or Building contractor, ideally in office and administrative construction. Knowledge of the relevant technical and legal regulations (e.g. HOAI, VOB, building order law) and practical experience in dealing with authorities, permits and accompanying tests. Detectable experience in the cost, timing and quality management of complex construction projects - including supplementary and claim management - as well as in the control of external project controllers, planning offices and exporting companies. Safe handling of MS Office and common project management tools (e.g. MS Project or A.); a strong experience with CAD and CAFM systems and a high affinity for digital solutions and new IT tools in the project and construction environment. Own initiative, strong organizational talent and joy in direct exchange with colleagues, internal user areas, service providers and other stakeholders - also on site at the office locations. A sovereign, solution- and consensus-oriented appearance, strong communication and negotiation capabilities, enforcement strength as well as a structured, analytical and self-responsive way of working.
