You work in exciting projects to implement current and future reporting obligations such as EU-Taxonomy, CSRD, CSDDD, DPP You enable organizations to build a data-driven, digital sustainability management – both conceptually and operatively in the introduction of tools. You develop strategies that address ecological, social and economic (ESG) objectives and anchor corresponsive structures in organizations You analyse regulatory requirements in the area of sustainability and support the planning, design and implementation of suitable solutions In the ESG team, you design tailor-made consulting approaches that promote the sustainable transformation of our customers You decide whether you work across the industry or focus on a specific industry You bring your expertise into customer appointments and actively support the acquisition of new projects With increasing experience, you can expand your professional expertise and, along with the takeover of more responsibility, take the next step in your career Advice means flexibility. Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation and includes both hybrid work and local use

You have a degree in economics, (economic) engineering or a comparable subject area You bring multi-year practical experiences in the field of sustainability, ideally in an advisory activity. Alternatively, you have knowledge about sustainability reporting obligations, sustainable finance or climate balance sheets You recognize customer needs and develop innovative solutions that match our joint performance portfolio Reliability, self-employment, a structured and agile way of working, as well as a pleasure to use Conceptual thinking, creativity and joy in presentations as well as exchange with customers complete your profile You speak fluent German (at least B2) and English
