You are on the move as an interim management and/or care service in our facilities You control the care and care processes, including technical, legal and quality aspects Handling of daily office life Internal and external representation of the institution as well as active communication to employees: women, relatives, doctors: women, health insurance, home supervision and external You develop job plans and carry out service and holiday planning You are responsible for the quality of care You are contact:in for our residents:insides, their relatives and for the nursing associations You lead and guide You motivate and bind employees:inside You control the care degree management

Qualification for organisational management and nursing services in accordance with applicable regulations with appropriate recognition Complete technical training in nursing and nursing Career skills according to the latest professional status Management and organisational competencies Binding and customer-oriented appearance as well as empathy in dealing with residents: Interest in developing and shaping our residential concept Readiness to travel in Germany - we will provide you with the car and accommodation You know how to redirect a care facility with challenges in the right direction
