Campaign Manager (m/f/d)

Then become part of our Customer Experience Management area and as a campaign manager (m/w/d) shape customer communication in the team Existing Customer Experience. In campaign management, you are responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of communication measures along the customer journey. You work at the interface between analysis, operational implementation and further development of customer communication – with the aim of creating a consistent and positive customer experience across all relevant channels.

Your future tasks: You are preparing email campaigns in BSI, implementing them autonomously and advertise their performance You develop existing campaign formats and communication lines conceptually and contently and bring your own ideas into play In close cooperation with analytical and operational teams, you will ensure smooth and effective implementation of all measures You analyze campaign outcomes, guide informed learnings and identify targeted optimization potentials You take over the monitoring and reporting of campaign performance, present the results in a comprehensible manner and arrange them in higher-level CX relationships

You bring experience in BSI campaign management, customer experience management, marketing or a comparable environment with You have a very good analytical understanding and are sure to deal with key figures and performance analyses.
