Note: the department is only represented at the Hannover location.

Administration and provision of real-time communication solutions Identification and commissioning of optimization and automation capabilities including standard market solutions Ensuring the continuous operational readiness and further development of the real-time communication of our customers Interface between customers, service providers and internal organizational units 3rd level support and advice of our customers Configuration and parameterization of the services and ensuring rapid restart of the services in case of malfunctions Analysis of Service Performance & others to comply with Service Level Agreements

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Experience in the administration of real-time communication solutions Knowledge of coding and scripting, e.g. Python or Pearl Experiences in the management of service providers as well as pleasure in consulting and Customer support A strong interest to get involved in real-time communication services Ready to change control call readiness Team spirit and fun in cooperation as well as independent working
