Building cleaner / cleaner (m/f/d)

For our customers in Berlin we are now looking for Building unit (m/w/d) / Cleaning power (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Maintenance and basic cleaning in buildings, staircases or commercial areas
• cleaning of glass and facade surfaces
• Carpet and construction final cleaning
• usually there is an assignment for fixed objects, but the willingness to represent and jumper activities is required
• Operation and maintenance of cleaning machines (including i-mop, backpack or orbital machines) and working equipment
• Control of own work area and notification of defects
• Careful and timely execution of the cleaning work by room book and performance directory
• Support in the organization of cleaning processes, as well as close coordination with object management, material processing, trainers and employees

Your profile:

• Professional experience in cleaning are desirable, completed training in building cleaning is required
• Reliability, care and pleasure in clean work
• friendly appearance at the customer and team
• Self-working and team skills
• Class B driving license
• German language and writing at least. B2 absolutely necessary
