For our Payroll team we are looking for you as a payroll specialist with the possible perspective and development to the team coach (m/w/d). You are responsible for the timely creation of the pay bills for a fixed client base. You prepare audits and pay tax external audits professionally, accompany them and ensure a structured refurbishment. You participate in the introduction and optimization of interfaces to pre-acquisition systems. You are a contact person for your team members, accompany them in personal and professional team development and support our team management in capacity and order planning. Together with your team, you are driving forward the continuous development and digitization of our payroll processes. In exciting consulting projects you bring your know-how, develop your expert knowledge and continuously develop professionally and personally. You'll be an active professional exchange in the team and share your knowledge.

You are trained: tax specialist:r or have a comparable commercial training with an additional qualification in wage & salary – training like FALG? Multiannual experience in pay billing? You have not only collected, but successfully applied in practice. Complex mandates with direct contact? Just your thing. You don't want to disappear in the background, you want to design and actively advise. You bring first experience in team support and control. You use digital tools with great application pleasure, for efficient processes and think Payroll modern. You're familiar with DATEV pay and salary. You work structured, carefully, predictive and service-oriented – because quality is your first priority. Your German is stylistic – in writing as oral (min. C1 level). And in the team?
