the collection and planning of repair requirements for tenants and internal departments, the determination of services and the preparation of the corresponding maintenance orders the system-based assignment of maintenance orders to internal or external craftsmen identifying and ordering materials and tools ensuring the MRP requirements and complete processing and verification of orders and invoices; regular reporting for the implementation of improvements and optimizations as well as the creation of evaluations and statistics

with a successful commercial or craft training with first practical experience in the area mentioned and ideally first contact points in the housing industry, if you have knowledge in handling MS-Office and SAP (required) if for you entrepreneurial thinking, self-management, willingness to learn and service orientation with high target or solution orientation is obvious and you can easily handle MS Office products, if organisational and innovation skills as well as team, conflict, communication and feedback skills complete your profile.
