The Baden-Württemberg University Service Centre - affiliated to the Reutlingen University of Applied Sciences - is a central service facility for the administrations of non-university universities in Baden-Württemberg. It supports the planning, implementation and use of ERP and campus management systems as well as other DV specialist procedures. We focus on specialist, process and methodologies. Competence as well as solution orientation and practicality. The ERP finance and resource management at the HSZ-BW would like to strengthen itself in the context of a succession scheme. Application Manager:in SAP Finanzmanagement / CO (m/w/x)

• Advice and support of users in the SAP systems for the HAWn and state enterprises of the MWK
• First-level support for customizing, process sequence and process definitions
• Support in industrial applications such as periodicals, maintenance of balance sheet / GuV structures, etc.
• Operational Project, Service, Support and Test Management for Business SAP Applications and Processes
• Quality Assurance and Documentation of Professional and SAP Customizing and Process Adaptations
• Requirement management, design of technical processes and solution options
• Coordination within the HSZ support and service organization, universities and BITBW
• Organisation of the know-how transfer, design and holding of user training

• completed studies in the fields of economics, business informatics, administration or other comparable discipline
• proven knowledge / experience in controlling, reporting, order processing, accounting
• at least proven basic knowledge in an SAP module
• Knowledge in (ERP) process and (ERP) project management desirable
• high economic process affinity, as well as analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
• team-, service- and implementation-oriented mode of operation;
• very good, reliable German knowledge
