Account Manager - German speaking (m/f/d)

As an account manager you are the direct cutting speeds to our customers and the voice of iwoca. You enter your own portfolio of new and existing customers and support independent entrepreneurs during our credit process and the entire credit term. You place the highest value on customer service and allow our customers to use our products optimally through your communication. A basic building block for our success is to convince and inspire clients of our mission - this is enough for our customers from the Frisörsalon to the dental practice and for our partners from financial advice to the employees of the bank branch. Basic: Shows curiosity in handling AI tools and interest in learning them further. You already use AI safely in practice to solve problems, work more efficiently and improve the quality of your work. In doing so, you can show a good sense of when the stake is reasonable and can justify your decisions comprehensible. You accompany new customers in the steps for a successful conclusion of the contract and exceed their expectations by looking at individual concerns and finding the optimal use for our product together with customers. You make sure that our customers are quickly informed about their individual possibilities and product developments. You are responsible for your own portfolio of existing and new customers. You build strong, long-term relationships with your customers and help them reach their business goals with iwoca. You have a good understanding of the functioning of companies, including their key risk and earnings factors. Through your regular feedback on feedback from our customers, improvements to our processes or new offers from our competitors, you are actively participating in the further development of iwoca. You have a completed commercial training/business studies and can score points in customer service with relevant professional experience (experiences in the banking environment or fintech are a plus). You are a real team player and can support the team in cross-departmental projects. You are highly motivated, organized, driven, and have a ‘hands-on mentality’. You have excellent communication skills and excellent knowledge of German(C1/C2). In addition, you bring English knowledge so that meetings in our international team are not a problem for you. An independent, team-oriented and reliable way of working is of course for you. You have the ability to ''think beyond the edge of the plate'' to make suggestions for optimisation on our products, systems and processes.

The content We expect to pay between €36,000 and €44,000 for this place. However, it is important to us to pay you fair, so in your application you must give your salary ideas.
