We are looking for you as a strategic buyer (m/w/d), to support the existing team, at the location 28309 Bremen at the next possible time.

They continuously manage and optimize the assigned product groups and develop and implement purchasing strategies. Together with the demand providers, you conduct demand analyses (e.g. forecast) and control the procurement of project-specific needs taking into account cost and quality requirements. They prepare global framework contract negotiations, conduct them and select suppliers in coordination with the interface partners (e.g. Legal). They manage strategically relevant suppliers, conduct systematic assessments and develop suppliers according to the supply quality management requirements. To optimize costs, use methods such as cost-structural, MLPP or LPP analyses and use modern negotiation concepts (ANCs) specifically in your product groups. They analyse procurement markets, create global market forecasts and conduct tenders as well as comparisons of offers under total-cost-of-oversight. The enforcement of claims, the initiation of compensation measures and the continuous improvement of processes in cooperation with suppliers complete your task profile.

A completed university degree with first professional experience in purchasing or supply chain management forms your technical basis. They have well-founded knowledge of contract law (BGB, HGB), ISO 9001 as well as quality technical know-how in the series production of suppliers (extended to VDA 6.3). The security of negotiation is what distinguishes you - both in the application of modern negotiation concepts and through your knowledge of English in word and writing. They bring very good computer skills, especially in SAP and MS Office. Your strong technical understanding and intercultural competence allow you to work effectively with international business partners. A worldwide readiness to travel completes your profile.
