Your tasks:

• Support of existing customers and acquisition of new customers
• Order processing (order input, appointment monitoring)
• Shipment processing (delivery/export papers)
• Working with the homepage/online shop, trade fair organization and advertising
• Participation in trade fairs and exhibitions
• Support in offerings

Your profile:

• Completed training, preferably in technical or commercial areas
• First experience in sales or customer support is advantageous
• Good organization and communication skills
• Secure handling of MS Office and basic knowledge in the care of websites and online shops
• Good knowledge of English
