Your duties

• Processing of e-mail and telephone traffic
• Responsibility for handling orders and Order intake
• Collection and maintenance of data
• Customer support on the phone
• Implementation of incoming goods controls
• Support in storage area

Our requirements

• Completed commercial or logistical vocational training or comparable qualification
• Experience in the storage area is advantageous
• Safe handling of warehouse management systems and common Computer applications
• Secure handling of MS Office
• Organisational skills and independent working
• Team skills and communication skills
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
