For the Waldenburg site, we are looking for a Digital Transformation Manager Digital Twin (m/w/d), which masters the exciting challenges of the digital world and co-designs the future of the industry.

Strategy development: You develop strategies for the introduction and use of digital twins to optimize business processes and increase efficiency. Technology Identification: You identify suitable technologies and platforms for creating and managing digital twins and perform reviews. Project management: You conduct projects for the development and implementation of digital twins and ensure that all requirements and goals are met. You work closely with other departments to understand their requirements and adjust the Digital Twin solutions accordingly. Continuous optimization: You monitor the performance of the digital twins, get feedback and make continuous improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Staff training: You train the employees in dealing with digital twins and promote understanding of these technologies throughout the company.

THE BRINGST DU DA FOR MIT Background: You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Economic Engineering, Economics or a related field. Experience: You bring experience in digital transformation and project management. Technology Knowledge: You have a deep understanding of technologies such as IoT (Internet of Things), data analysis, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing. Expertise: Experience with digital twins or similar technologies is beneficial. Analytical skills: You have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. Strategic thinking: You think of results-oriented and are able to implement strategic goals in measurable successes. Language knowledge: You communicate in German and English with a safe treatment. Readiness to travel: You are ready for occasional national and international travel.
