Strategic and operational responsibility for our brands in stationery and office supplies Further development of brand positioning and product portfolio based on market, competitive and trend analyses Development of new products and assortments in close cooperation with development, purchasing and production Development and implementation of brand and customer-specific growth strategies to increase sales and brand presence Control of the entire product life cycle – from the first idea to development and market launch to further development in the market Planning and implementation of marketing and communication measures to strengthen our brands Interface management with sales, key account management and international teams within the organization Analysis of market, competition and sales data to derive sound marketing and portfolio decisions Support for product launches, trade fairs and sales support activities Maintenance and updating of product data and marketing information in relevant systems

Complete degree in marketing, business management (BWL), product management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in fire or product management, ideally in consumer goods, commercial or branded goods environment Analytical and structured working methods and the ability to translate market and competitive data into concrete measures Impressed communication strength and persuasive power in handling internal interfaces and external partners Teamability and Responsibility in cooperation with international and cross-sector teams High self-initiative and implementation strength combined with a pragmatic hands-on mentality Experience in cooperation with sales or in an interface function close to sales desirable Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
