You coordinate and monitor all activities related to customs processing and foreign trade at FRoSTA. You make sure that our processes in import and export run legally and efficiently: You control our customs processes in the areas of warehouse and logistics – you agree with internal and external stakeholders. For the timely availability and customs clearance of goods for our production sites in Germany and Poland. You are responsible for the correct documentation, customs and origin analyses according to legal and internal requirements. You will strengthen customs governance by advancing continuous improvements of processes through authorized simplifications, e.g. in customs declaration. You work in cross-sector projects to optimize, standardize and automate customs and foreign trade processes.
A degree in logistics, business management, supply chain management or a comparable qualification At least 3 years of experience in customs and foreign trade, ideally in the import of foodstuffs Knowledge of customs procedures and legal requirements in the field of customs and foreign affairs A safer handling of customs systems such as ATLAS Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Impressed communication strength as well as proactive, solution- and team-oriented working Willingness to travel occasionally to our Bremerhaven site
