In your function as a packaging engineer (w/m/d), our customers advise you on the implementation of the PPWR specifications and other regulatory sustainability requirements. Existing customer processes are analyzed by you and you develop tailor-made concepts for implementing regulatory requirements. You will also accompany the implementation projects from strategic planning, reporting and operational implementation. You create regulatory evaluations, conduct Gap analyses and thereby guide specific recommendations for action. Workshops and training on PPWR-relevant topics are also designed and carried out by you. Internal and external departments are advised on the strategic impact of PPWR on business models, product portfolios and supply chains. You support the development of data and reporting structures to fulfill regulatory documentation and verification requirements. Regular monitoring as well as the analysis and interpretation of regulatory developments around the PPWR and adjacent EU regulations are also your tasks.
You have a degree in engineering, ideally with a focus on packaging or a comparable subject. Multiannual experience in regulatory consulting, preferably in the automotive sector, is required. Funded knowledge of the EU-PPWR regulatory system is expected. A structured and analytical way of working as well as a strong understanding of corporate processes are the key. Communication strength, strong consulting skills and the willingness to travel nationally. Very good German (C1) and English (B2) in word and writing complete your profile.
