Your tasks as real estate agent / Property Manager / Property Manager:

• Supporting national and international customers and clients
• Commercial management of the associated real estate portfolio
• Regular object visit and development of coordinated reporting with the customer
• Contact for owners, tenants and third parties
• Coordination and supervision of external technical and infrastructure service providers
• Examination of operating and heating costs
• receivable management, auditing and processing

Your knowledge and skills:

• Completed training to the real estate businessman - with the additional qualification specialist or economist (not mandatory) or comparable qualification or completed studies with an immovable focus
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in real estate management
• Secure handling of current MS Office applications
• English skills desirable but not absolutely necessary
• Class B driving licence
• Embossed organizational talent and team skills
• Joy in personal and telephone communication with all parties
