• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for new features
• Acting as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals
• Supporting the implementation and adaptation of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) through requirements management and process design, without performing administrative system customizations
