The Diakonie Neue Arbeit – group of companies, with headquarters in Mönchengladbach-Hardt, is part of the Diakonische Werk Mönchengladbach and includes the Diakonie Neue Arbeit (NA), the Diakonie Neue Arbeit Integration (NAI) and the Neue Arbeit Service (NAS). Our large laundry service supplies 180 customers in the healthcare sector in North Rhine-Westphalia every day, making a valuable contribution to the security of supply. In order to strengthen the social service in the inclusion company MG-Hardt, we are looking for a social worker/social pedagogue (m/w/d) in part-time or full-time as of 01.01.2027.

Social pedagogical advice and support for people with and without disabilities in psychosocial, personal and job-related issues Individual integration and development planning with the aim of sustainable professional participation Active cooperation in the social service and close coordination with the operational areas and other internal interfaces Cooperation and contact management with cost-holders and network partners, in particular LVR, Jobcenter, Employment and Social Institutions Agency Participation in the application and processing of benefits Creation of applications, opinions and necessary documentation on cost-beneficiaries Participation in and co-financed projects and projects, e.g. in cooperation with action Human Participation in the professional and conceptual development of our inclusive employment opportunities

Graduate of Social Work (B.A., M.A., Diploma) Professional experience in the field of labour market projects as well as professional participation and integration of people with and without disabilities is desirable. Good knowledge of social law, especially SGB II, SGBIII, SGB IX and SGB XII, are desirable Knowledge of the structures and funding possibilities of inclusion companies is advantageous Experiences in the application for funding, in particular in relation to the LVR or other costs, are advantageous Knowledge of labour market policy instruments is desirable Sensitivity and empathy combined with a professional and binding appearance Structured, independent and independent working and team skills
