As a service technician (m/w/d) in the field service, you act as an interface coordinator in the project “Digitalization Land-based Operations” (D-LBO) and are responsible for IT conversion and software integration at our conversion sites with subsequent functional testing and acceptance. Your tasks: Professional leadership and deployment planning of integration teams at the conversion sites Examination and documentation of performed services and creation of fault logs Error identification as well as their elimination of modules and systems including Priority of errors Sustainable care of suppliers, partner companies and customer contacts, among others in order processing and interface coordination as well as planning and control of UAN Interface coordination with national and international companies involved in the project Consultation with suppliers and partner companies during order processing Work on the cross-site coordination and control of configuration and change management topics e.g. software changes, hardware configuration Implementation of software installation and configuration on vehicle-specific components

Completed technical training in the field of electrical engineering/electronics/IT technology or comparable Professional experience in the field of an industrial company and knowledge of military products desirable Knowledge of software and hardware integration Very good English skills in word and writing Driving licence class B, preferably also BE and C1E Ability to work independently and independently as well as performance-oriented occurrence High worldwide travel readiness (> 90% travel activity)
