At the closest possible time, we are looking for a building financing consultant/in/financer (m/w/d) to expand our team. It is a full-time job, whose occupation is also possible in parttime with a high proportion of working hours.

You maintain a solid customer base and acquire new customers to realize the dream of their own home in the future You conduct consulting talks with customers and interested parties around the products: finance, building savings, sustainable modernisation and retirement provision in real estate You accompany the entire financing process and develop individual solutions for financing in the savings bank or accompany the customer during a brokerage to another financial partner

A completed banking training supplemented by qualifications such as savings banks/bankers or comparable Practical experience in real estate financing or placement Expertise and/or pleasure in real estate financing A structured, targeted way of working with high self-responsibility A safe, binding appearance and joy in guessing, designing and staying away Team spirit - because we are not without real cooperation in a family environment
