Assistant Restaurant Manager – Hugos (m/w/d)

This is what awaits you with us: Representation of restaurant manager in his absence Ensuring smooth and hospitable workflows Active recommendation and sale of the culinary offer, in particular advice on wine selection and recommendation of corresponding beverages Designing and optimizing our wine and beverage map Personal care and advice of our national and international guests Preparation of events and implementation of these in consultation with the supervisor Accounting and control of all sales according to the company policy in the Infrasys cash system Control of daily revenues and ensuring a correct and complete daily settlement

What we wish: You have an apprenticeship in the upscale hotel industry and brings professional experience in a comparable position with You have already gained first leadership experience and can motivate and successfully initiate your employees Result and revenue-oriented action we require You are curious, creative and always looking for new ideas and trends to advance your team You have very good German and English skills
