Financial accountant at the Mahlberg headquarters in the Hanseatic City of Lübeck (m/f/d)

For our headquarters in Lübeck in an attractive location directly in the old town/seafront at the Holstentor, we are looking for a financial accountant (w/m/d) at the next possible time, ideally in full time (or part-time with at least 30 h per week).

It is a varied activity with diverse challenges in a great team:

Processing and accounting of all current business transactions (debitors, creditors, main accounting and asset accounting) as well as takeover of accounts You contribute to the timely creation of current monthly and quarterly and annual accounts according to HBG and support external audits Monitoring of payment transactions with suppliers, authorities and health insurance companies as well as invoices Support for all financial accounting tasks Execution of the dunning system including the resulting correspondence Processing of sales and excise duties Compilation of statistics and evaluations Implementation of commercial reporting (against external) You are contact (w/m/d) for our auditor and the tax advisor You work closely with the other departments of the house together

You are friendly, interested, motivated and absolutely loyal and have an analytical mindset You are characterized by your professional, committed appearance and your ability to prioritize and process optimization You have experience in dealing with common financial accounting software (preferably SGE 100), DATEV and MS Office (especially Excel) and are motivated to work into our own commodity management system You have a completed, commercial vocational training or a comparable financial accounting and tax degree or completed studies in the field of financial/economy Experience in wage accounting as well as knowledge in taxation would be beneficial Interest in digital work processes bring you You are looking forward to working in new topics and areas of work You have a preferably long-term (at least 5 years) practical experience in financial accounting You are used, independent, structured, precise, independent to work and organize yourself You are resilient and a team player Absolute secrecy as well as your pronounced number affinity complete your profile
