Fully qualified lawyer (f/m/d) to support the board and the member advisory service in Berlin

The German PsychotherapeutenVereinigung (DPtV) represents the interests of psychological psychotherapists and child and youth psychotherapists. With more than 29.000 psychotherapists, DPtV is the largest representation of interests for psychological psychotherapists, child and youth psychotherapists as well as psychotherapists in education and training in Germany. DPtV is committed to the continuous development and recognition of the profession and the subject of psychotherapy. Psychotherapeutic law is subject to continuous development, which must be prepared in a comprehensible manner to our members. It is not only a question of professional law in the narrow sense, but also of legal secondary areas that are relevant in everyday professional life or in the training of psychotherapists. For our Federal Office in Berlin, we are looking for a full-time or part-time support for our Department of Psychotherapeutenrecht. (m/d), preferably with a focus area of doctor's law/contract doctor's law.

They advise our members on health issues, including in the field of process law, KV law, professional law, company law and labour law. You will answer legal questions of leadership or Functional supporters in the association around the psychotherapeutic profession and in the contract doctor's law. They draw up opinions and position papers and accompany legal projects and the further development of sub-legal standards in the field of psychotherapeutic care. They support the Federal Executive Board in positioning on health policy developments and develop practical instructions for implementing legal or regulatory changes and work closely with the Press Office and the scientific speakers. They advise our administration and maintain our legal information material. They support the technical preparation and follow-up as well as coordination of committee meetings and conferences and actively participate in projects for the strategic development of DPtV.

They have a successfully completed first and second legal state exams (full-jurist/full-jurist m/w/d) and, as far as possible, legal experiences. They are interested in psychotherapeutic topics and can demonstrate knowledge in health and medical law as well as in KV law. They are also able to judge complex issues legally and in terms of supply policy reliably and to illustrate your results in a comprehensible manner. They have a high interest in health policy issues and knowledge in the field of German healthcare. They are service-oriented, have the pleasure of consulting discussions and understand the incorporation into new topics or their deepening as a creative challenge. In particular, they convince by a strong team capacity, flexibility, design joy and self-initiative.
