Your tasks:

• You manage our Creo Parametric/Windchill PDMLink system environment
• You define and prioritize work packages to implement the strategic setup
• They support users by providing support and training
• You process internal support requests in our CAD-PLM landscape, Cadenas, MathCad, Moldflow, FlowEFD, Ansys etc.
• You administrate and maintain 2D-/3D CAD systems including coordination, creation and maintenance of work policies and user documentation
• You are responsible for cross-site cooperation/coordination (international)
• You define test scenarios based on CAD applications including the coordination and execution of tests and documentation of test results
• They support measures to improve and sustainably secure CAD data quality
• You perform software upgrades, patches and maintenance work
• You are responsible for integration: coordination with other systems, interfaces and technologies

Your profile:

• They have successfully completed technical training and/or technical studies or comparable training with a strong affinity for IT
• You have experience in handling CAD-PLM systems and in the administration of these
• You bring knowledge in SQL databases
• In addition, you have experience in the PTC-Creo and Windchill construction systems as well as in the SAP ERP system
• Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing complete your profile
