Process Digitization and Automation Specialist (m/f/d)

Analysis of municipal digitalization needs and development of digital solutions (e.g. portals, dashboards, digital events) Support in optimizing customer interaction and communication Bringing municipal requirements and requirements from municipal management into digital transformation projects Creation and harmonisation of training and information materials according to corporate design Training of employees and stakeholders in digital tools and automated processes Special responsibility for the IT applications used in the field of municipal management (e.g. CRM systems, contract and participation management) in coordination with the system managers and adjacent departments Ensuring data quality and maintaining process documentation and requirements for IT solutions Introduction and integration of automated workflows into existing systems Monitoring and continuous optimization of automated processes to ensure efficiency and quality Support of IT projects

Successfully completed commercial or IT technical training with a further education on the state-tested farmer or a comparable qualification Multiannual practical experience in process automation as well as in the planning and implementation of digitalization initiatives as well as in interface management Knowledge of how to deal with current MS Office applications and experience with CRM systems Embossed communication strength and a structured, analytical and solution-oriented mode of operation High flexibility, innovation joy and open attitude towards new technologies
