You are a reliable contact person for the residents in everyday life and in crisis situations. You support young people in training-related questions and help them develop a professional perspective. You have contact with vocational schools and training companies as well as other cooperation partners. In the case of problems in everyday life and living together in the home community, you stand by the residents and promote their personality development as well as their self-employment. You organize leisure activities and perform them with the young people. You develop funding plans and document the associated processes. You accompany the help conferences with the young people who have come to us via the Youth Office according to §13,3 SGB VIII (Youth Social Work).

You have a completed study of social work with state recognition or a comparable qualification. You have experiences in the educational accompaniment of young people and/or young adults. You have the pleasure of designing offers for the residents in terms of content and conception, as well as accompanying and developing them. You are communicative, face new challenges and like to work in a colorfully mixed team. You have a high motivation and willingness to incorporate yourself into new topics. You are ready to work under the week in early service and late service as well as 1x monthly on weekends and holidays. The night service team covers the nighttime.
