You: accompany projects as (partial) project leaders from the kick-off phase to the hypercare phase, ensuring the successful completion of each project stage. works on Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions. optimierst processes and systems through the implementation of automation technologies in cooperation with our customers, developers and external partners. keeps an overview of documentation and communication. advises your customers in selecting the best ECM system solutions and analyzes existing processes to optimize them with the existing tools.

You: have completed studies, like from the field (economic) informatics, a comparable qualification in the field of ECM or an economic background with good technical understanding. brings practical experience in dealing with ECM systems and modern technologies such as machine learning, NLP and AI. speaks fluent German (at least level C1) and English (at least level B2). has strong analytical skills, a well-founded understanding of document management and can safely analyze and optimize complex processes and technical requirements. are a well-organized personality, keeps an overview in stressful phases and approaches tasks in a structured manner.
