Nurse - Intensive Care (m/f/d)

You take the professional basic and treatment care and build a trusting relationship with the client as a fixed reference person: You are engaged in intensive care in need of people, e.g. in the Wachkoma, and are sure to serve medical devices such as ventilation and suction devices or diet pumps. You control and monitor the entire care process to ensure individual and needs-oriented care Together with the team, you develop care objectives, plan the appropriate measures and regularly evaluate the quality of care You are responsible for the careful electronic care planning and documenting all the services provided completely to make the course of treatment understandable
