We're looking for 01. July 2025 to strengthen our Controlling department in our district office a specialist*in Controlling. Within the framework of this unlimited part-time job (19.25 hours/week) you support the calculations of the payment procedure according to SGB XI (help for care) and BTHG / SGB IX (integration aid). They support monthly reporting and contribute to annual economic planning. General administrative and organizational tasks within the department are also your tasks.

They are an administrative professional and a man with strong nerves. They can have a successfully completed commercial training, preferably with an additional qualification in the controlling or Invoicing (e.g. balance sheet account holder). They have experience and very good knowledge of accounting, ideally also in the financing system of the social economy (especially SGB XI and SGB IX/XII). A safe handling of MS Office products is of course for them. Your strengths include an independent working method and an affinity for numbers, statistics and evaluations. And of course you like to work in the team.
