Focus: Management Consulting, Project Management, Governance & Regulatorik Strategic development and project management: They cooperate with the development, design and implementation of sustainable strategies and take over the (partial) project management of strategically relevant projects for controlling finance. Committee work: They participate in committees, introduce issues and make decisions. Process optimisation: In cooperation with the departments, you take over the optimization and coordination of processes at sectoral level and across the range with relevant stakeholders (concern development, BaFin, revision, auditor). Management Consulting: Our Head of Controlling Finance builds on your expert support. This includes, among other things, coordination and processing of urgent ad hoc requests from the Executive Board or Supervisory Boards. Interface function: They are central contact persons for governance and regulatory in the field of asset controlling.

Qualification: You have successfully completed university studies in the fields of economics, law or finance or have a comparable qualification. Professional experience: Ideally you have already relevant professional experience with an auditor, insurance or bank. Expertise: They ideally bring Solvency II and capital market knowledge and are happy to deal with legal and regulatory requirements. Networked thinking and solution orientation: Complex tasks see you as an exciting challenge that you skillfully master and make usable for yourself and others. An analytical and conceptual procedure helps you. Working methods: You work independently, proactively and always have a look at the innovations in your area. Communication strength: They are distinguished by their pronounced communication strength, like to make decisions and convince by their presentation security at all hierarchical levels.
