Analysis, planning, design and implementation of optimization projects in production processes Analysis of manufacturing processes and implementation of motion studies with matching of nominal and actual times Monitoring of production characteristics and identifying potential for improvement Optimization of factory and line layouts, design of work processes Detection of problems by means of value flows and material flows Design, develop and implement work processes Control of the respective implementation and safeguarding of the implementation Development of standards for the interaction of man, material and machine Initiation of product optimization and responsibility for documentation of work instructions Close cooperation with relevant departments

(m/w/d) or comparable qualification At least three years of professional experience in an industrial enterprise, ideally in the field of industrial engineering Methods of project management and moderation and conflict resolution skills Entrepreneurial thinking, targeted and outcome-oriented action Creative, visionary and analytical approach, self-initiative and feasibility
