Calculation and provision clarification of possible customer queries consignment processing including collection, settlement and settlement Monitoring of transport orders Creation of freight papers Active customer support including Follow Up Communication with customers, service providers and colleagues in global branches General office activities

Successfully completed commercial training, experience in the forwarding area of advantage Embossed customer and service orientation Safe handling of customers by phone and email Loadability and patience, even with high demand volume Process-oriented and analytical thinking Self-employed, structured and careful working Experiences in dealing with complaints and escalations Team skills Safe handling of MS Office and the willingness to learn in common transport software programs Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, further knowledge of foreign languages is advantageous Immigration-free Leumund (policy certificate without registration)
