Full-time teacher (m/f/d)

We are a school that teaches “inexperienced” and very practice-oriented, explorative and research “learns”. Pupils come to us, who regularly fall through the school system. We are a special school, so we need people who bring a certain range and trust to think school and lessons away from the “usual”. This is an original question that our pupilship (mainly in the FS ESE, partly traumatized) brings. You can act empathically and socially-intelligently – both in the College of Teachers and in the class in cooperation with the school attendees. People who are absolute team players, but self-employed in work as a teacher. The human being strives from nature to knowledge (says Homer) and is curious – schools should therefore be a companion in the best sense of education, identify potentials and promote development at all levels. with the following background: special education as a Master/Diplom, State Exams; regular teaching studies plus inclusion or medical education; Waldorf teacher training plus inclusive education ... ... who accompanies a family class in the new school year as a class teacher, ... and which can flexibly grasp our fan cannon in different family classes.
