Ensuring robust production processes and product production as well as quality assurance of new approaches Implementation and participation in all activities within the framework of maturity assurance by means of structured quality planning, e.g. FMEA, sampling, performance test, PLP and skill analyses Conducting process audits according to VDA 6.3 and accompanying VDA-6.3 audits Contact person (m/w/d) of the customer for all quality topics and complaints throughout the product life cycle Active support for the global production plants in quality improvement measures, new projects and escalations Participation in and control of all correction or Prevention measures, reworking and sorting operations and problem-solving processes

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in quality management and complaint processing, ideally in the automotive environment Good knowledge of the usual standards of the automotive industry, such as IATF, PPAP, APQP, PLP, FMEA and VDA 6.3 Team and communication skills as well as transmission capacity Strong analytical skills and a self-contained and structured way of working Current knowledge of German and English as well as international readiness to travel by 40 to 50%
