Development and implementation of sales strategies for new customers Identification of potential customers and active establishment of long-term business relationships Responsible distribution of our services to decision-makers from different industries Market and competition analyses to identify trends and business opportunities Creation of tailor-made offers and price and contract negotiations Responsibility for sales and continuous expansion of the sales pipeline

Multiannual experience in B2B sales, ideally in facility management or related services Funded knowledge of price and offer creation and contract management German and desirable good English skills Strategic thinking, self-initiative and a result-oriented approach Power of persuasion, communication strength and a safe, professional appearance readiness to travel and a valid class B driving licence
