Security Officer (m/d)

You monitor the proper operation and functioning of all safety equipment (in particular EMA, alarm and monitoring systems), including regular testing and maintenance coordination, and the operational readiness of all cameras and storage systems In addition, organize and accompany maintenance, repair and installation work by external service providers In the analysis and assessment of security risks, you support, demonstrate optimization options and develop appropriate safeguards You accompany the planning and implementation of safety concepts for buildings, safe spaces and storage areas and work with the creation and updating of emergency and restart concepts You monitor regular safety missions, document them and coordinate the elimination of defects You support the planning and extension of the video surveillance infrastructure, taking into account data protection, security requirements and operational processes You document closing systems, keys, transponders and access cards as well as all security-relevant changes and regularly review existing permissions for topicality and necessity Supporting the implementation of technical measures to protect against cyber attacks is one of your tasks You carry out security instructions and sensitize employees You work with security companies, insurers and external service providers and support internal and external audits

Complete training or studies in the field of safety technology, occupational safety, IT security, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification Ideally, you have professional experience in business security or security management, preferably in a company with high security requirements Good knowledge in the operation of burglar alarm systems, access control systems and video surveillance, as well as basic knowledge in network and IT security You are also familiar with the relevant legal regulations and safety standards Personally convince you with a strong sense of responsibility, absolute trustworthiness and discretion Your analytical and structured working methods combine with high durability and a safe occurrence For safety-relevant events, bring the willingness to take over call readiness
