The main focus of the comprehensive observation study Hamburg City Health Study (HCHS, www.uke.de/hchs) is the early detection of the most common diseases and causes of death in industrial nations. Within the framework of the HCHS, more than 30 clinics and institutes of the UKE have joined forces to study 45,000 inhabitants in a multi-hour study programme:in Hamburg, among others, on cardiological, neurological and oncological diseases. The study centre offers an interdisciplinary, carefully structured working environment at the highest clinical and scientific level, a qualified incorporation, a varied activity, regulated working hours and a dedicated team. The study centre is open from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00. carrying out and taking over general medical and clinical studies, e.g. blood collection, drug nanny, bodyphlethysmography, spirometric studies, neurocognitive tests, EKGs and orthopedic studies Acquisition of ultrasound examinations, including heart, vascular and carotide sonographies, ultrasound examination of abdominal aorta and kidneys Quality assurance of standardised study studies Organisational, administrative and documentation work This position shall be fixed within the framework of the third-party funding projects until 30 April 2028. An extension is avised. This position can also be occupied in parttime.

Completed vocational training in a health profession (e.g. health and nursing staff:in, medical:r specialist:r) Detections/references concerning special certificates/qualifications for carrying out the demanding investigations (without proofs/references the grouping takes place in pay group 7, the certificates are acquired in the recruitment ratio) – No training for the Study Nurse is required Remarkable: first professional experience and knowledge in the conduct of ultrasound examinations and general medical examinations Very good coordination, organizational and communication skills, independence, certainty, reliability, social competence, friendly and empathic handling of the students: Willingness to cooperate in an interdisciplinary team
