Deputy Team Leader (m/w/d) Operational Management in the field of digital Euro (Retail)

Together with the team management, you build the Operational Team of the Bundesbank within the matrix organization of the digital Euro project conceptually. You take over the representation of management tasks as well as the personnel responsibility for the Operational Team of the Bundesbank and jointly in the project. You act as Crisis Manager, decisions in crisis situations are prepared, brought or taken by you, both inside and outside the project towards the Eurosystem and market participants. You evaluate the operational, financial and reputation risks in decision making. You are (deputy) a member of working groups for the Operational Management of the Digital Euro and in relevant bodies of the Bundesbank. You translate specialist questions into positioning, communication and decision documents.

Master or equivalent degree in a relevant field of study (e.g. economics, computer science, mathematics or physics) Multiannual professional experience and good knowledge of business organisations in payment transactions Multiannual disciplinary or professional leadership experience is advantageous Good knowledge of professional and technical processing in digital payment transactions is desirable Good knowledge of process management, in particular ITIL and usual contract/service agreements of the operating company Good knowledge of project management Leadership and ability to guide and motivation of a qualified team Experience in intercultural cooperation is desirable Embossed autonomy and professional flexibility combined with sense of responsibility and readiness readiness and health suitability for work under special time requirements (replaced working hours and regular takeover of readiness) Very good communication skills in German and English
