Implementation, support and training of company-specific IT systems and software solutions Integration and support of interfaces, ordering systems and specialized devices (e.g. Tracer) Error analysis, remote support and coordination of updates Organization of Ordering, Device Management and Auditing Introduction of new systems and user training Data management, documentation in CRM and SalesForce Interface between IT, internal departments and external partners

Completed training in eye optics or commercial training coupled with a good basic understanding for eye optics Experience in the field of customer service Joy in technology and interest in ordering programs and digital applications of the Hoya Apps Extensive product knowledge of the Hoya product world Team spirit, service orientation and reliability Communication strength associated with very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing
