Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Reutlingen You take responsibility for the further development of the Bosch production system (BPS) in the semiconductor front end and supports the implementation of the BPS system approach in the manufacturing environment. You will help shape the future by consolidating business requirements, monitoring relevant key figures, creating a transparent picture of the current state, and thereby targeting improvement potentials in material and information flow. In addition, you analyze existing standards, optimize them and introduce new standards and methods in the manufacturing environment. You are driving the BPS’s holistic development in the fields of source, make, deliver, digitization and automation. You also live cooperation by actively coaching lean management methods and acting as a contact person for manufacturing, engineering and support departments.

Education: completed university studies (Bachelor) in the field of economics, production, engineering or a comparable course of study and the concrete intention subsequently to include a master's degree Personality & Working: independent, team-capable, conflictable, creative, structured, flexible, joy in dealing with people Experiences and know-how: knowledge in the field of lean management Languages: very good German and English in word and writing
