Sales & Consulting: You sell our product with passion and actively contribute to the achievement of our corporate goals. Customer support: You are a contact person for our guests – from the first request to the successful implementation of meetings, meetings or private events. Representation: You represent our house professionally at guided tours, events and fairs. Coordination & Organization: You coordinate appointments and agreements with the operational departments and ensure a smooth process. Follow-up & Administration: You are responsible for a precise follow-up of events, check invoices and ensure correct handling. Quality & communication: You enter individual guest wishes, process complaints based on solutions and thus contribute to continuous improvement. Service with heart: your smile is heard on the phone – and it reaches the heart of our guests.

Complete training in the commercial sector and/or in the hotel industry Experience in organizing and supporting events Positive radiance and joy in dealing with people Passion and service orientation Self-employed, structured working and organisational talent Reliability, team spirit and flexibility Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
